Sleep Less, Eat More? 

Scientists have known for years that less sleep is associated with weight gain. Now new research may help explain why. In one study, men were asked to sleep either four or eight hours. When the men slept less, they ate roughly 22 percent additional calories the next day compared with nights when they got more sleep. Read more.
